How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Service is our top priority. We turn around custom orders extremely fast, such as custom window treatments, flooring and custom paints.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One Manhattan location that delivers throughout the five boroughs and ships anywhere.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards as well as local checks and cash, of course.
Which areas do you service?
Five boroughs of NYC.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
4th generation of Epstein's, Peter & Ken.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm. Open saturdays, 9;00am-3pm except July and August
